CHALLENGE: This is a brand new feature that includes a set up to be used and viewed only by internal users with admin privileges and a client-facing side for Sales to collaborate with client to define the content in the report before the report is automatically generated. This new features needs to be intuitive and easy to for the Sales and Data Ops teams to create and generate a report, especially ensuring the client-facing portion of the builder is designed to only display the report builder. The report builder needs buy-in from dev team to meet MVP requirements.
RESULTS: User flow and hi-fidelity mockups have been successfully approved by senior exec team, Director of Product Development and is now in sprint planning phase. This new feature will generate a new type of report for Sales to promote and foster client engagement to generate new leads and increase sales.
